In an emergency situation where this is an immediate risk to further property damage or risk to life we can usually attend onsite the same day, usually with only a few hours notice.
We strongly advise you not to attempt the removal of any large or hanging branches yourself. There are a number of incidents we are aware of that have occurred in the past where an untrained professional has lost their life when attempting the same.
Regular pruning and reductions can keep a tree healthy and massively reduce the risk of collapsing under its own weight. If you have any concerns you can always call a professional to carry out a survey to assess the risk and advise of any pre-emptive action
